HART Clinic Repeats $15 for Felines For Spay/Neuter Month
January 17, 2012 The HART Spay/Neuter Clinic will be repeating their “Fifteen for Felines” this year on Wednesday, February 29. For the last three years HART has joined the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) in holding a spay/neuter day for pets.
Will we find a loving home?HART’s “Fifteen for Felines” offers cat neuters for non-feral cats (male cats only) for $15, plus $5 for the rabies vaccine for unvaccinated cats. Proof of vaccination is required but there are no eligibility requirements. Appointments will be taken on a first call, first served basis until the day is full. This year will be the 18th Spay Day, which was originated in 1994 by actress and animal activist Doris Day and managed by the HSUS. This will be the third year of HART's participation.
