Update on Construction of the HART Animal Adoption Center

After soliciting bids and doing the public opening of the bids, the winning bidders selected for the foundation work were: Alexander Masonry, Heilig's Electrical, Plumbing & Heating, and Garrett Pest Control.

Work began at the site in June and is progressing at a steady rate. The official address of the HART center is 1265 Bumble Bee Road, Mc Henry, MD 21541. As of June 22, the footers and the block have been completed for the foundation. Heilig is working on the plumbing, prior to pouring the slab.
