HART’s Seals of Approval

A HART Guarantee

At HART, we believe that we have a responsibility to our donors, our rescue and adopter families, and our clients to ensure that HART is abiding by the best practices associated with nonprofit organizations. We know every dollar counts and we want all our stakeholders to donate, adopt, and use our services with peace of mind.

To that end, we would like to share our Seals of Approval granted by organizations that provide certification, review, and support to nonprofits.

Our Seals of Approval

GuideStar

The Platinum Seal of Transparency is the highest level of recognition offered by GuideStar, a service of Candid. By sharing metrics that highlight progress HART is making toward its mission, we are helping donors move beyond simplistic ways of nonprofit evaluation such as overhead ratios. By updating our GuideStar Nonprofit Profile to the Platinum level, we can now easily share a wealth of up-to-date organizational metrics with our supporters as well as GuideStar’s immense online audience, which includes donors, grantmakers, our peers, and the media.
